Exford is set in the heart of Exmoor, close to the north coast of Somerset. Exmoor is well known for it's wild ponies, rugged landscape and the novel, Lorna Doone!

Despite Exford being located on Exmoor, the actual village is surrounded by lush fields - one of which is the famous Auction Field where sheep auctions are held several times a year.
